Hate preaching fanatic facing life behind bars in U.S. after losing extradition appeal
Hate preacher and Muslim fanatic Abu Hamza will be sent to the U.S along with four other Muslim men to face trial after they lost their appeals against extradition today.
A Strasbourg Judge ruled on Tuesday morning that Hamza must be sent to the U.S where its suspected he will face the rest of his life behind bars.
The European Court of Human Rights rejected claims that Hamza’s human rights would be breached by leaving the UK and insisted he would not be subjected to ‘ill-treatment’ in the U.S.
Hamza had claimed that conditions in U.S. jails would expose him to ‘torture or inhumane treatment or punishment’ which is in breach of his human rights.
He is wanted in the U.S. on 11 charges relating to taking 16 hostages in Yemen in 1998, promoting jihad in Afghanistan in 2001 and conspiracy to set up jihad training camps in America.
